The pandemic allowed for an eye-opening, net-zero wealth of knowledge. Carbon emissions decreased substantially as city mandates and state regulations required new lifestyle practices. Our clients still had to operate at optimum, and it became one of our busiest times. While most of our requests centered around technology and improved online experience, some had wishlists especially after a particularly challenging year.
